So, we made it through the hyper-testy conjunction of Ceres to Uranus and Eris. Now Ceres pulls away and the dust clears. Revolutions failing to shifting gears must reset and amalgamate within the collective consciousness. Eris continues to lend an attentive ear to what Ceres finds urgent in the moment, and Eris anticipates what she might have to do to sort things out on the political front. Many have written for my forecast for the outcome of the Presidential election now that the nominees are fully presumptive. I’m going to decline to predict at this time for a multitude of reasons and despite my confidence in my prediction.
However, I will render a few comments about what will certainly be the ugliest Presidential campaign since Thomas Jefferson’s camp accused John Adams of being, a “hideous hermaphroditical character, which has neither the force and firmness of a man, nor the gentleness and sensibility of a woman.” Adams’ return salvo declared that Jefferson was "a meanspirited, low-lived fellow, the son of a half-breed...” ethnic slur and ethnic slur in today’s world.
Now, in this campaign and with the state of consciousness being what it is - that of gobbling headlines, thunder stealing and shade throwing, Jupiter in Virgo seems to be having his way with muckrakers, urban legend propagators, social media aficionados, Internet addicts and journalists. So, here’s Point One:
Pay no attention to the polls until after Jupiter enters Libra. Between now and then, judgments and criticisms continue to fly like fur in a cat fight. Come Jupiter in Libra time, global politics will demand intensified diplomacy. These demands shift the campaign conversations from third-grade playground tactics to which candidate is better equipped to deal with the state of the world.
Point Two: There may be an October surprise this year. However, it is more than fair to anticipate an array of Jupiter surprises.
Whether on a personal mundane reality plane, the sphere of social consciousness, or the state of global evolution, as Jupiter migrates from Virgo to Libra, the grand one intends to illuminate his favorite issues, offer insights for resolution, and then observe the cattle call of consciousness on Earth to see who deserves his favor and who does not. In the TOS agreement the gods installed when the Internet began - you read that before clicking “I agree,” didn’t you? - Jupiter reserves the right to share his conclusions with Pluto and Orcus.
Orcus is the “other Pluto” according to astronomer Mike Brown (who demoted Pluto). Virtually identical in orbital parameters and always separated by more or less the same arc. (As of today, 130 degrees and 16 minutes), Orcus gives us a second underworld watchdog to keep humankind in the “kind” mode. In Etruscan mythology Orcus is Pluto and his primary charge is to oversee the fulfillment of oaths and deal with those breaking promises.
Back to Jupiter engaging Libra. As we see things on Earth, Jupiter enters Libra come September 9th. However, from the Sun’s point of view Jupiter enters Libra one month earlier, on August 9th. With Jupiter in Libra from the heliocentric point of view, an array of grand, presumably benevolent Jupiter surprises appear as if out of thin air...

Coming of the recent grand cross and all its communication and mundane snafus, it’s very easy to point fingers at things or persons malfunctioning and misfiring under the stress of juggling shifting priorities and ever-changing (mis)information. Instead, why not sit, contemplate and conjure? Come up with brilliant, creative ideas that work to resolve whatever real world bugger-boos you observe in a state of non improvement. Put your cranium to work and those ideas into play.
August 26: Jupiter square the nodes of Saturn
How’s that working out for you?
Jupiter squaring the nodes of Saturn marks an interval of insight and resulting conscious decisions at the fork in the road reality checkpoint. What of the way things have always been done still works? Keep those. What previous doctrines no longer match up with current reality? Ditch those. However, immediately come up with a new set of operating rules going forward to replace discarded protocols. If you need to change the rules, reset doctrines or amend existing agreements, hurry up and get on with it.
October 24: Jupiter square the perihelion of Sedna
Life is option-oriented reality; choose strategically.
When making decisions, keep two primary priorities front and center. First, will the choice at hand enhance your domestic security, finances, ability to provide for self and those reliant upon you? Will it provide comfort and well-being? Second, will the impending decision serve your soul? Will it resolve karma, set up dharma, and work for your optimal spiritual positioning in life? If yes, proceed. If no, rethink all situations and possible outcomes. Later, you want to rest assured that you picked well at each multiple choice crossroad.
November 8: Jupiter conjunct the perihelion of Eris
Outside in. Find your fit.
Forget about social standards and the pressure from friends and family to pursue what they want you to have or do. In every life arena figure out what works best for you. Find the Goldilocks Zone... not too little, not too much. Go get what fills you with contentment and soulful well-being. When dealing with those who do not get what your point is, consider their point of view. Then, create a perceptual condition in which they can see things from a refreshed point of view - perhaps even your point of view. Should they fail to align with your thinking, abandon the idea that you can change minds. Cull social activities and obligations such that all things done fit and offer satisfaction on the soul level.
November 28: Jupiter conjunct the north node of Chiron
Make it good for what ails you.
This is a great time to stumble upon a mentor or life coach, hire a consultant, or decide that your higher self has total and complete access to the part of your attention busy with life. It’s time to abandon any thoughts of deficiency. Document creative attributes, talents, skills, and wisdom accrued. Offer a little forgiveness for blunders along the way, realizing that mistakes made equal lessons learned. With corrective action in place and improvement continuing, there’s no need to pummel the psyche with admonition. Stand tall. Stand proud. Know that you have legs to stand upon.
December 25: Jupiter square his own nodes
Create beliefs consistent with the highest of aspirations.
You better believe it. If you don’t believe it, you need to change it. Here’s an idea to install before changing your mind or the concepts that guide your life. It is absolutely in accord with Divine Order to adopt a doctrine of life that supports your nature. It is absolutely in accord with Divine Order for you to reject components of a system of consciousness that do not respect your nature. It is absolutely fine for you to believe what you believe and to engage life applying those beliefs. It’s fine for everyone else, too.
February 27: Jupiter conjunct his aphelion
Be right. If not yet right, correct the supporting concepts.
Should you find that beliefs held, steps taken and outcomes encountered fail to match up with the highest bar of aspiration you hold, adjust. Be wrong about any belief held that does not support your best interests. Abandon failing and faulty beliefs. Chill for a spell. Create a new set of priorities. Realize that right now exposure to new, divinely-inspired thinking is available as a free download for everyone on Earth. All you have to do is slow down, sit, and press “I agree to the terms and conditions of consciousness.”
March 16: Jupiter conjunct the perihelion of Makemake
It’s a small world after all; look at all those damn people.
Think as if you lived on Rapa Nui (Easter Island) way back before European explorers “discovered” that not so lost land. Sustenance was what you could fish in the surrounding ocean, what you could farm on the limited land, what you could catch from the migratory birds. It’s a small world down there right under the core of the galaxy (Rapa Nui is very much aligned with the Galactic Center). Resources need to be protected, managed, and population must stay in accord with ability of the world to sustain those inhabitants. Get environmental. Stay aware of rampant consumable consumerism and resist the urge to buy a new landfill destined phone every time one comes out. Maybe advocate for population control. How much longer before Elon Musk’s dream of living in a Mars colony becomes a forced reality based upon over population?
Personally with the Jupiter-Makemake alignment, come up with great ideas. Innovate. When you lock onto something that you know is better than sliced bread or ice cream (all apologies in advance to those sensitive to grain, gluten and sugar), write powerful hype to promote the hell out of it. Then, digest that hype, and when you proclaim it, let it ooze out of your being, knowing you really believe it.
Okay, there you have a bit of a Jupiter grandiosity guide for the next nine months or so - a gestation cycle for sure. Jupiter offers opportunities. When he offers those opportunities, he will not wait around as you ponder and deliberate. He’ll be off and onto the next evolutionary entrepreneur he finds on the path. Think grand. Think big. Aspire high. Have confidence in your beliefs and what you bring to the table. Reach for the sky, pardner.
